1. Approve a Complete Packed Sample

Request the actual mount, accessories, instructions, insert and printed box assembled as customers will receive them. Confirm the closing method and unpacking sequence. Keep the approved pack as a reference, and record its model, packaging revision and approval date before bulk packing begins.

2. Prevent Movement Without Damaging the Mount

Check whether the mount or loose accessories shift inside the closed box. Inserts should hold the product without flattening suction cups, pressing release buttons or forcing adjustment joints. Keep adhesive liners intact and separate metal accessories from surfaces they could scratch.

3. Verify the Model, Base and Accessories

Match the contents against the approved packing list. Similar magnetic heads may ship with different vent clips or suction bases. Check the specified adapters, magnetic rings, screws and tools where included. Confirm that the product, box label and instruction sheet identify the same configuration.

4. Lock the Artwork and Packaging Revision

Approve a dated final artwork file covering the logo, model, images, claims and required labels. Record the box and insert revisions separately where needed. When changes occur, identify affected stock and remove superseded materials from packing stations before introducing the approved replacement.

5. Test Every Barcode

Scan every barcode included on the retail box, inner carton and shipping carton using the intended scanning system. Confirm that decoded values match the approved product or carton records. Check actual printed packaging, including label placement, contrast and whether folds or seams interrupt the code.

6. Confirm Instructions and Compatibility Warnings

Instructions should match the supplied base and explain installation, adjustment and removal. State relevant limits: suitable suction surfaces, vent configurations or required magnetic accessories. Illustrations should show the delivered model. Have someone unfamiliar with the mount follow the instructions to reveal missing or unclear steps.

7. Check Carton Quantities and Shipping Marks

Count units per inner and outer carton, then reconcile totals with the packing list. Verify model, color, carton number and destination-specific shipping marks. Measure the packed carton and check gross weight. Identify mixed cartons clearly so warehouse teams can distinguish their contents on arrival.

8. Inspect the Product Again After Unpacking

Open samples from packed production cartons. Check suction cup shape, surface marks, contact pads and accessory completeness. Operate clamps, release buttons and adjustment joints again. Record packaging-related defects and verify corrections before shipment; appearance alone does not confirm that packing preserved the mount’s function.
