Day 1–7: DFM review and tooling. Your design gets a manufacturability pass — wall thickness, draft angles, gate positions — before steel is cut. Our in-house tooling shop builds the mold while fixtures are prepared in parallel.
Day 8–18: T1 samples and iteration. First shots off the mold go to you within 48 hours. Most projects need one round of texture and fit adjustments; we budget for two.
Day 19–35: First article inspection, then mass production. Every station on the line has a QC checkpoint, and a final AQL 2.5 inspection happens before packing. By day 35, goods are palletized and booking is confirmed — that's the rhythm we've kept for 200+ OEM projects.
